Daily maintenance method of radial drilling machine

Radial drilling machine is a kind of drilling machine whose radial arm can rotate and lift around the column, and the spindle box usually moves horizontally on the radial arm. When machining holes on a vertical drilling machine, the alignment of the tool and the workpiece is realized by moving the workpiece, which is obviously inconvenient for some large and heavy workpieces; The radial drilling machine can use the position of the moving tool shaft to center, which brings great convenience to machining holes on large and heavy workpieces in single piece and small batch production.

In order to increase the service life of the radial drilling machine and maintain the machining accuracy, we need to carry out daily maintenance, so how should we carry out maintenance? Now let's have a look!

1. Clean the appearance and dead corners of the machine tool, and remove and wash all covers. It is required that the inside and outside of the machine tool should be clean without rust and yellow robe. Clean the guide rail surface and remove the burrs on the worktable. Check and supplement the screws, handball and hand board, and check the flexibility and reliability of each handle.

2. Maintenance of spindle feed box of radial drilling machine: check the oil quality, keep it in good condition, and the oil quantity meets the requirements. Remove the burrs from the spindle taper hole. Clean the hydraulic transmission system and oil filter screen, and adjust the oil pressure.

3. Inspection for rocker arm and lifting clamping mechanism of radial drilling machine: check and adjust the lifting mechanism and clamping mechanism to be sensitive and reliable.

4. Inspection for lubrication system of radial drilling machine: clean the felt, and ensure that the oil cup is complete, the oil path is smooth, and the oil window is bright.

5. Inspection for cooling system of radial drilling machine: clean the cooling pump, filter and coolant tank. Check the coolant pipe and ensure there is no water leakage.

6. Inspection for electrical system of radial drilling machine: clean the dust inside and outside the motor and electrical box. Turn off the power supply, open the electrical door cover, and check whether the electrical connectors and electrical components are loose and aged. Check whether the limit switch works normally. Whether the door opening and power off work. Check whether the hydraulic system is normal and whether there is oil leakage. Whether the electrical control switches are normal.

7. Check the oil quality and keep it in good condition, and the oil quantity meets the requirements.

8. Remove the burrs from the spindle taper hole.

9. Clean the hydraulic transmission system and oil filter screen, and adjust the oil pressure.

10. Remove the impurities on the spindle, and inject oil on the spindle to ensure the lubrication of the spindle.

1、 Mechanism inspection

Check and adjust the lifting mechanism and clamping mechanism to ensure they are sensitive and reliable.

Folding lubrication system inspection

Clean the linoleum with complete oil cups, smooth oil passages and bright oil windows.

2、 Electrical inspection

1. Clean the dust inside and outside the motor and electrical box.

2. Turn off the power supply, open the electrical door cover, and check whether the electrical connectors and electrical components are loose and aged.

3. Check whether the limit switch works normally. (Power on inspection is required, pay attention to safety)
