1、 Daily inspection and maintenance items of CNC equipment
(1). Check the liquid level of the lubricating oil pump and the three-point combination lubricating oil tank to ensure lubrication of the machine tool;
(2). Check if the coolant in the coolant tank is sufficient and if it is not added in a timely manner;
(3). Check if the three point combination air pressure is normal. The air pressure must be around 6kg/Cm2 to ensure the safe operation of the equipment;
(4). Check if the air blowing inside the spindle cone hole is normal, wipe the spindle cone hole with a clean cotton cloth, and spray light lubricating oil;
(5). Check whether all signal lights and abnormal warning lights are normal;
(6). Check if there is any leakage in the oil pressure unit pipe;
(7). After checking the machine tool, clean it thoroughly. Clean the entire machine tool workbench, cutting tools and protective covers, as well as iron filings and dust on the workpiece, to maintain a clean environment around the machine tool.
2、 CNC equipment weekly inspection and maintenance project
(1). Check and clean the filter on the heat exchanger;
(2). Remove debris from the cooling water tank drain pan and water tank cover, and remove iron filings deposited in the cooling water tank;
(3). Check whether the movement of the tool changing arm or the rotation of the tool disc in the tool magazine is smooth, whether the broach bolts are loose, and whether the tool handle is clean;
(4). When cleaning the machine, use a neutral cleaner and a soft cloth to wipe the surface of the machine;
(5). Remove impurities and moisture from the compressed gas, check the oil volume of the oil mist separator, check the normal operation of the solenoid valve, and check the airtightness of the pneumatic system, as the quality of the pneumatic system directly affects tool replacement and lubrication system;
(6). Prevent dust and dirt from entering the CNC device.
3、 Monthly inspection and maintenance items for CNC equipment
(1). Check the lubrication of the axle track, and ensure good lubrication of the track surface;
(2). Check whether the cleaning cover is smooth, add lubricating oil in a timely manner, and maintain the lubrication of the clamping jaws and cutting tools;
(3). Check and clean the limit switch and bumper, check if the oil level in the oil cup of the knife cylinder is sufficient and if it is not replenished in a timely manner;
(4). Check if the indicator lights and warning nameplates on the machine are clear.
4、 Inspection and maintenance items for CNC equipment every six months
(1). Remove the shaft debris cover, clean the shaft oil pipe joint, ball screw, and three-axis limit switch, and check if they are normal. Check if the effect of the hard rail scraper on each axis is good;
(2). Check whether the servo motors and machine heads of each axis operate normally and have no abnormal noise, and check and adjust the mechanical level;
(3). Thoroughly check whether all contacts, connectors, sockets, and switches are normal, and check whether all buttons are sensitive;
(4). Replace the oil of the hydraulic unit and the oil of the tool magazine reduction mechanism;
(5). Test the clearance of each shaft and adjust the compensation amount if necessary;
(6). Clean the dust inside the electrical box (ensure that the machine tool is turned off);
(7). Clean the cutting water tank and replace the cutting fluid.
