Horizontal rail machining center has nine characteristics in daily use

The horizontal wire rail machining center adopts the European design full moving column design, the workbench only does rotary motion (double exchange workbench can be installed), and the three axes adopt heavy-duty linear roller linear guide rail, which has strong bearing capacity, high precision and high speed. The layout is reasonable and advanced, and the machine tool is rigid. Easy to operate, it is very suitable for the processing of all kinds of boxes.

 

Description of operating characteristics of horizontal rail machining center:

 

1. Bed: it is made of high-grade resin sand casting and box structure design. After aging treatment, the internal stress is eliminated. The material is tough. With the box structure design and high rigid body structure, the machining center has enough rigidity and strength. The whole machine shows the characteristics of cutting resistance and high precision.

 

2. Transmission shaft: the x/y/z axis adopts the linear guideway design. The column, saddle, head and base are made of high-grade resin sand casting and box structure design. Computer analysis strengthens the configuration of ribs to improve rigidity and stability.

 

3. Screw: the three-axis adopts a precision ball screw with high-precision double nut preloading, and cooperates with the locking design of the support seats at both ends, which can eliminate the transmission backlash and pre compensate the error caused by temperature rise, so as to ensure the positioning accuracy.

 

4. Spindle motor: high speed motor is adopted, which makes the machining center perform very well in high-speed, low-speed, light and heavy cutting (power up to 15/18.5 kW).

 

5. Spindle head: the spindle head with high precision and high rigidity is adopted, which can withstand heavy cutting and long-time heavy cutting processing under radial and axial loads, and can maintain high precision in time processing.

 

6. Tool magazine: the hat type / disc type tool magazine is used to provide fast, stable and reliable tool exchange action, which is controlled by PLC software. It can quickly change the tool and reduce non cutting time.

 

7. Electric box: the electric box is equipped with a heat exchanger to ensure the stability of the system. The external wiring part is equipped with a protective coil, which is heat-resistant and oil-water resistant.

 

8. Lubrication system: the automatic pressure relief lubrication system is used for centralized oil supply, and the advanced pressure relief intermittent oil supply system is used to provide timely and appropriate oil supply to each lubrication point in a regular, quantitative, constant pressure and individual manner, so as to ensure that each lubrication position receives lubricating oil at the right time, so that the machining center can operate without worry for a long time.

 

Fully dense sheet metal: under the strong requirements of today's environmental protection and safety considerations for operators, the sheet metal design of the processing center focuses on beautiful appearance, environmental protection and ergonomics. The fully sealed sheet metal design completely prevents the cutting fluid and cutting fluid from splashing outside the machining center, so that the surrounding of the machining center can be kept clean.
