Drilling and milling machines are widely used in various fields. There are many problems that should be paid attention to in the production process. You should make preparations in operation and pay attention to the following points:

1. Before work, you must wear work clothes, tie up the cuffs, do not wear scarves, do not wear gloves, and the female workers' hair braids should be put in their hats.

2. Check the protection, safety and signal devices on the equipment. The mechanical transmission part and electrical part shall be provided with reliable protective devices. Whether the tools and fixtures are in good condition, otherwise they are not allowed to start.

3. The platform of the drilling machine shall be fastened and the workpiece shall be clamped. When drilling small parts, it shall be clamped with special tools to prevent the processed parts from being lifted and rotated. It is not allowed to hold or press the drilling by hand.

4. For automatic tool feeding, select the feed speed and adjust the travel limit block. Manual feeding is generally carried out according to the principle of gradual pressurization and decompression to avoid accidents caused by excessive force.

5. When adjusting the speed, stroke, clamping tools and workpieces of the drilling machine, and scrubbing the machine tool, stop the machine.

6. After the machine tool is started, do not touch the moving workpiece, cutting tool and transmission part. It is forbidden to transfer or take tools and other items across the rotating part of the machine tool.

7. When the drill bit is wound with long iron filings, it shall be stopped and removed. It is forbidden to blow by mouth. When it is pulled by hand, it shall be removed by brush or iron hook.

8. The rocker drill shall be used, and there shall be no obstacles within the rotation range of the cross arm. No floating objects are allowed on the cross arm and workbench.

9. At the end of the work, lower the cross arm to Zui low position. The headstock is close to the column and should be clamped tightly.

10. When two or more people work on the same machine tool, one person must be responsible for safety and unified command to prevent accidents.

11. In case of abnormal conditions, stop the machine immediately and ask relevant personnel to check.

12. When the machine tool is running, it is not allowed to leave the work post. If you want to leave for some reason, you must stop and cut off the power supply.

13. After work, close the main brake of the machine tool, clean the machine tool and clean the working place.
