If the spindle speed is abnormal, that is, after the spindle is given a command speed, the response speed on the CNC machining center is not consistent with the command speed (usually less than the command speed). Perhaps the spindle of the CNC machining center is not smooth and there are abnormalities. The sound is loud and slow, and in some cases, the motor may even trigger an overcurrent alarm. For the spindle of a CNC machining center, in response to the encoder, the speed command "S" given by the CNC machining center machine is followed by a number, which will reflect the same value on the system flash.
The main driver of the CNC machining center spindle can be used together with a belt transmission device or a gear transmission device. Most of them are now driven by synchronous belts in belt drives. The speed is abnormal. Perhaps due to the synchronization device being too long, it has a sliding loss step. The coupling between the spindle of the CNC machining center and the spindle encoder is also used together with the synchronous belt, and the same situation may be lost in this step. However, the smoothness of the CNC machining center spindle is poor, or any bearings on the spindle may burn out, resulting in excessive resistance of the CNC machining center and causing spindle rolling failure.
External signal interference also contributes to this phenomenon.
