This is conducive to the stability of mold processing and the workpiece will not be deformed; second, the air-conditioned workshop is clean and easy to clean. 1. After the operation is completed every day, all parts of the grinder, especially the sliding parts, should be wiped clean and oiled

2. Use a clean cloth or a small brush to clean the grinding chips in each part.

3. Anti-rust oil should be applied to necessary parts, such as the spindle grinding head, grinding wheel flange, dial, etc.

4. It is strictly forbidden to use an air blow gun to clean the work surface items and the grinder, because the blow gun is easy to blow iron filings into the grinder track, causing damage to the track guide, affecting the accuracy and feel.

5. Please pay attention to whether the transmission cable is loose and adjust it in time. When replacing the cable, pay attention to the winding direction and tightness of the cable, because this directly affects the service life of the cable.

6. Please pay attention to whether there is oil on the oil mirror above the grinder to ensure that the oil circuit is unobstructed.
