1. The use environment of the machining center
In order to improve the service life of CNC equipment, it is generally required to avoid direct sunlight and other heat radiation, and to avoid places that are too humid, too dusty or have corrosive gases. Machining center equipment should be away from equipment with large vibrations, such as punching machines, forging equipment, etc.
2. Good power supply
In order to avoid the influence of large power supply fluctuations (greater than ±5%) and possible instantaneous interference signals, CNC equipment generally uses dedicated power supply (such as a separate line from the low-voltage distribution room for CNC machine tools) or adds voltage stabilizing devices, etc., which can reduce the impact of power supply quality and electrical interference.
3. Formulate effective operating procedures
In the use and management of gantry machining centers, a series of practical and effective operating procedures should be formulated. For example, lubrication, maintenance, reasonable use and standardized shift systems are the main contents of the use and management of CNC equipment. Formulating and complying with operating procedures is one of the important measures to ensure the safe operation of CNC machine tools. Practice has proved that many faults can be reduced or avoided by complying with operating procedures.
4. Machining centers should not be sealed for a long time
Machining centers should not be sealed for a long time. When there is no processing task, the machine tool should be powered on regularly, 2 to 3 times a week, and run idle for about 1 hour each time, so as to use the heat generated by the machine tool itself to reduce the humidity in the machine, so that the electronic components will not be affected by moisture, and at the same time, it can timely detect whether there is a low battery alarm to prevent the loss of system setting parameters.
