The radial arm drill adopts the most scientific breeding principle, which makes the spindle box move lightly and flexibly from side to side, the gears are increased, it is easy to make large and small holes, the speed can be selected at will, and the minimum speed is convenient for tapping. Common radial drills do not have it.
The fifth point is the maintenance of the spare circuit board. When the used printed circuit board is not used for a long time, it should be regularly installed in the numerical control system and run for a period of time to prevent damage.
The sixth point is the maintenance of the ball screw thread pair of the radial arm drill. Regularly check and adjust the axial clearance of the screw thread pair to ensure reverse transmission.
1. Since the compression of the oil is very small, it can be considered incompressible under normal circumstances, and the transmission is carried out by the continuous flow of the oil. The oil has the ability to absorb vibration, and a hydraulic buffer device can also be installed in the oil circuit to make the transmission very stable and facilitate frequent reversing.
2. The radial drilling machine is light in weight, small in size and large in carrying capacity: compared with the transmission mode, under the condition of outputting the same power, the volume and mass can be reduced a lot, so the inertia is small and the action is sensitive.
3. The radial drill can realize stepless speed regulation and easy to realize overload protection: in the transmission of the radial drill, the stepless speed regulation can be realized by adjusting the flow of the liquid, and the speed regulation range is very large, and it is easy to obtain extremely low speed. A lot of safety protection measures are taken in the hydraulic system to realize overload protection, which can automatically prevent overload and avoid accidents.
4. It can automatically lubricate and easily realize complex actions: the radial arm drill simplifies the mechanism and facilitates automation, and the use of transmission can greatly simplify the mechanical structure, thereby reducing the number of mechanical parts. In the system, the pressure and flow are very easy to control, and with the cooperation of the device, it is easy to realize complex automatic circulation.
