What structure does the machining center consist of?

CNC machining center is mainly composed of four major parts: CNC device, servo system, machine tool body, and tool magazine. It combines the functions of CNC milling machine, CNC boring machine and CNC drilling machine with powerful functions.

      1. Basic components: Basic components refer to bed castings. It is composed of a bed, a stand and a worktable; it is the basic component of the CNC machining center, most of which are cast iron parts, because the machining center needs to bear the static load and cutting dynamic load when it operates. Therefore, the rigidity of its bed castings is relatively high, and it is also the most important part of the CNC machining center.

      2. Spindle components: it consists of spindle motor, spindle box, spindle and spindle support and other components;

      3. Control system: The numerical control system of CNC machining center is composed of CNC device, programmable controller, servo drive device and electric motor;

      4. Servo system: The function of the servo system is to convert the signal from the numerical control device into the movement of the moving parts of the machine tool, and its performance is one of the main factors that determine the machining accuracy, surface quality and production efficiency of the machine tool;

      5. Automatic tool changer: it consists of tool magazine, manipulator and drive mechanism;

      6. Automatic pallet changing system: In order to further shorten the non-cutting time, some CNC machining centers are equipped with two automatic workpiece exchange pallets, one is installed on the worktable for processing, and the other is located outside the worktable for workpiece loading and unloading, which can reduce Auxiliary time, improve processing efficiency;

      7. Auxiliary system: including lubrication device, cooling device, chip removal device, protective device, hydraulic pressure and random detection system. It plays a decisive role in guaranteeing the working efficiency, working accuracy and reliability of the machining center.
