The oil mist collector adopts the principle of multi-stage and multi-layer filtration. The first-stage filter captures the oil mist above 10um, the second-stage filter captures the oil mist above 2um, and the third-stage filter captures the oil mist above 0.3um. The rear end can be equipped with an optional high-efficiency filter, which mainly collects the fumes during processing.

When the suction of the oil mist collector drops to 70%, the red ball will drop to the bottom, indicating that the filter cotton needs to be cleaned.

4. The vibration accuracy of the oil mist collector is related to the qualified rate of production parts during CNC machining. All have been fully inspected and recorded air volume data, vibration accuracy, current and voltage, noise, equipment number and other related data.

5. The stability of the motor is the key component of the whole equipment. The supporting motor is produced by a famous brand group company. All data have been strictly tested. The insulation grade is B grade and the anti-corrosion grade reaches IP55.

The repair rate is only 0.5%. Motor warranty is 18 months.
