3 Operating procedures
3.1 The operator must be familiar with the general performance, structure and rotation system of the lathe, and it is strictly prohibited to use the equipment beyond the performance.
3.2 Before work:
3.2.1 Check whether the operating handle, switch, knob are in the correct position, whether the operation is flexible, and whether the limit and safety devices are complete and reliable.
3.2.2 Turn on the power supply, run the vehicle at low speed without load, and stop for inspection or report to the repair personnel in case of any abnormal response.
3.2.3 Check whether the liquid level indication height in the oil pointer is appropriate, whether the oil circuit is smooth, and add enough lubricating oil at the specified position.
3.2.4 Operate for 3-5 minutes at low speed without load, and start to work after confirming that the lubrication, electrical system and all parts operate normally.
3.3 During work:
3.3.1 It is prohibited to use beyond performance.
3.3.2 It is prohibited to place articles on the guide rail surface, beam surface, etc. of the machine tool.
3.3.3 It is forbidden to knock, straighten and trim the workpiece on the worktable.
3.3.4 The workpiece and tool must be fixed firmly and reliably.
3.3.7 Correctly use the tool holder rotation device and clamping mechanism.
3.3.8 Reasonably select the speed and cutting parameters.
3.3.9 When the machine tool is running, the operator is not allowed to leave the post.
3.3.10 In case of any abnormal phenomenon during operation, stop the machine immediately, find out the cause and deal with it in time.
3.4 After work:
3.4.1 All operating handles, switches and knobs must be placed at the stop position and the power supply must be cut off.
3.4.2 Carry out daily maintenance.
3.4.3 Fill in fixed equipment operation records and shift records.
