It is necessary to open 3 large pumps and 3 small ones. The pump and the working oil in the working table have a large amount of oil, which causes the supply oil pipeline to have a large amount of oil. The 24 copper tubings are vibrating, and the individual tubings are in contact with each other. Due to friction, one copper tubing is worn, causing static pressure oil spray. Out, polluting the environment around the pipeline. The treatment method is to separate 24 copper oil pipes from each other with sufficient clearance. If the copper oil pipes cannot be separated, the rubber can be separated by δ=3mm rubber rubber (or penetrated into the insulation pipe), and the rubber wire is fixed by fine iron wire.

2. CNC lathe work table static pressure oil temperature is high
The fault phenomenon is: at the time of the summer, the worktable oil temperature gauge showed that the oil temperature was high, and the limit value had been reached, and the CNC vertical lathe could not operate normally.
(1) Check the floating thickness of the oil film on the workbench, the workpiece quality on the workbench is 110t, and the workbench has a weight of 125t. Open the hydraulic pump 2 large pumps, 1 small pump, the working surface oil film floating thickness: 0.20 ~ 0.22mm, the table float amount standard is ≥ 0.12mm, which indicates that the work station fuel pump station works normally.
(2) Check the temperature of the fuel tank for the pumping station of the workbench. Through the infrared thermometer, the temperature of the fuel tank is detected to be 28 °C, and the temperature of the oil temperature is within the normal range.
(3) After checking the temperature gauge, the temperature measuring component of the workbench, and the control circuit components, the temperature measurement switch of the left and right rails is found, and the contact has a virtual connection phenomenon. After the fine sandpaper is used, the oil temperature of the workbench is eliminated.
3. CNC lathe workbench spindle bearing hydraulic pump failure
The vertical lathe runs 24 hours a day, and the hydraulic pump of the worktable does not stop working. After a long time, the hydraulic pump will inevitably cause certain wear. The pump station includes: 0.75kW AC motor, 1 CB-B4 hydraulic pump, 1 Y-25 relief valve, 1 check valve and 2 filters, and the output oil pressure is 1MPa. However, if a fault occurs, the cause of the fault must be analyzed, otherwise a lot of detours will be taken.
(1) Hydraulic pump vibration. Analysis of the hydraulic pump vibration has the following points:
1) Due to the hard connection of the hydraulic pump and the motor, the coupling wear or the new coupling processing accuracy is not enough, beyond the allowable range.
2) Fixed hydraulic pump motor end cover bearing outer ring clearance is large, due to wear or installation gaps.
3) When the motor and hydraulic pump are installed, the positioning accuracy is reduced and the center of gravity is different.
4) The inner diameter of the coupling is enlarged due to wear.
5) Hydraulic pump motor bearing damage.
6) The hydraulic pump is damaged.
Once the coupling is not accurate enough, causing the hydraulic pump to vibrate; once the fixed hydraulic pump motor end cover bearing outer ring clearance is large, the hydraulic pump vibration caused by wear or installation gap.
(2) The hydraulic pump has no lubricating oil output. Analysis of the hydraulic pump without lubricating oil output has the following points:
1) The two coupling keys in the coupling are damaged, and the hydraulic pump motor is disconnected from the hydraulic pump.
2) The relief valve is not adjustable and the valve is blocked.
3) The hydraulic pump has airflow output, and the oil suction pipe and the connecting copper pipe joint are cracked.
4) The oil suction filter is clogged.
5) The hydraulic pump is damaged.
The copper suction pipe and the pump joint are leaking due to cracking, resulting in no lubrication of the hydraulic pump. Maintenance personnel for the CNC lathe equipment, to do every morning and afternoon inspections, do a good job of inspection and maintenance records. Before the equipment fails, it is necessary to do early prevention, early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment.
