Application :
TC500 CNC lathe uses a 30° beveled overall bed for more stable force during cutting. The internal ribs are optimized with Ansys software to give the machine a high degree of rigidity. The bed material is made of high-density cast iron, which has high strength and good shock absorption. The increased chip evacuation design ensures smooth machine cutting. The guide rail adopts 35-standard precision linear ball guide rail, which has high feed precision, small friction resistance, good rigidity, high resistance to vibration and deformation, and enables users to obtain higher machining precision, faster moving speed and production efficiency.
